Eggs= 0 breakfast
Tuna =10 Lunch (onion,celery)
Ribs=0 dinner
Salad=10 dinner
Ok here is where I screw up my entire low glycemic index my morning coffee I have to learn to drink it black and that is going to take a bit of doing
2- cups of coffee 0 with sugar = 278 OUCH ok this weekend is to get off the sugar I put in my coffee, wish me luck
Oh and I won't forget to post picture of health meals today, great idea Kate.
