Challenge

OK ladies I have an idea for a challenge since Jaynine can not exercise yet this one will be food based. Since the three of us all have smart phones I think we should post a picture of two healthy meals a day (1 post with 2 pics). And they need to be legitimately health not something you have to reason like a loaded burrito sure it has vegetables and meat but what about all that cheese, french fries and grease.  The reason only 2 meals is sometimes you get busy and you 3rd meal is more snacks (hopefully healthy) then a real  meal. I think this will be a good way to keep each other honest on what we are eating and maybe trading some healthy recipes. What do you guys think?

  2. It might be a bit difficult over the next two weeks for me, seeing as I'm going on a Midwestern food explosion tour. Maybe I should have t-shirts made? Midwestern Food Explosion Tour 2013, then list everything I ate underneath it.
