Started exercising at the gym and watching the carb/sugar/fat and protein in take. Down a few pounds pretty happy with that and i do feel so much better after a workout.

Weight part 2
It's the 27th this morning my weight is at 231. I glad I am back on diet just scared I won't be able to do exercise, knee is hurting me trying to tough it out and fibromyalgai is flaring up so in lots of pain but I know losing weight is only thing that is going to help me with both problems. Going to try treadmill no elliptical, think elliptical will aggravated my knee to much.

Diet
So I have playing around with different diets and avoiding the diet I used and work for me before. So I am going to do the 4 day bloat then move right into flat belly diet. My work is organizing the employees to do a 5K walk in October and I want to drop some weight before then. So I am size 18 and weight is 233.3 at 6 pm today. By October 11th want to be at 223 or lower. So wish me luck ; )

I am trying
I didn't last very long was able to do 5 each on the abs challenge but only made it to 45 squats. Sorry try for more tomorrow
