Starting tomorrow

So Jaynine wants the 3 of us to start the plank challenge tomorrow and I am going to start the squat challenge along with it now I don't know if Jaynine can do the squat challenge just yet but if you would like to do it with me Jess that would be awesome we can log in ever day or once a week with thoughts on the challenges so far and how we are doing what do you guys thinks?

  1. I am so in for this! This week I'm going to get new running shoes, I already started on my diet somewhat. I had a salad that added some mint to it for some extra flavor, then I dded some crumbled bleu cheese and walnuts to it, pretty good with a balsamic on it. But yes, I am so in! I don't know if I can do 50 squats, but I sure will try!

  2. I am going to give the squat along with the water (drink 2 litters a day) a go we will see how the ankle and feet hold up.
